Betachow is a food delivery service that provides traditional local meals in Lagos State, Nigeria. Betachow offers a variety of nice varieties of food and provide and build a customer base that has access to top-notch local delicacies and top-notch food that is delicious at their doorsteps from their comfort zone.
The Problem
People encounter a lot of difficulties when ordering food like inaccurate food deliveries, poor tracking service, and getting poor condition of food delivered to them.
The Process
I conducted research by using interviews and sending out surveys. Designed wireframes, user persona, journey maps, created low fidelity designs and high fidelity designs, conducted usability studies, account for accessibility and iterated on designs from time to time after series of user testing sessions to achieve a food delivery app that enables consumers to quickly purchase top-notch selections of meals online and have them delivered in outstanding and perfect shape to their preferred location.
