The Problem

People who use ride hailing services and travel with a group of their friends or group of people whether its heading to work , attending events or going out for social activties. Existing ride-hailing services primarily cater to individual rides and their cost structures are not optimized for group travel.

The Process

To address the pain point of high transportation costs, the application introduces an innovative fare-sharing algorithm. Users have the option to collaborate with friends, family, or other app users traveling in the same direction. The algorithm intelligently calculates and distributes the fare, resulting in a significantly more affordable ride for each passenger. The entire user interface is designed with a focus on simplicity and intuitiveness. From the booking process to fare splitting and rating drivers, every interaction is user-centric.

Using the Design thinking Framework, we engaged in a user-centric iterative process. This approach allowed us to deeply understand user needs, specific problems, generate creative solutions, create top quality prototypes and refine those prototypes based on real user feedback. The iterative nature of this process ensures that the final solutions are not only viable but also desirable and effective in addressing the identified pain points.
